Best Western Thurrock Hotel

I recently stayed at the Best Western Thurrock Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated close to both the Bluewater and Thurrock Lakeside shopping centres. This made it perfect for a shopping trip, with easy access to a wide range of shops and dining options. The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and restful environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. Overall, the Best Western Thurrock Hotel offers great value for anyone looking to explore the area, especially with its proximity to major shopping centres. I highly recommend it for a convenient and pleasant stay!

It was clean and tidy had everything we need and was a nice budget room. The breakfast was great and it was kept fresh , the chief kept tipping up the hot food but with small amounts so it stayed hotter. And there was only a few guessing in the restaurant. The young gentleman on the reception when we book in was polite and got us checked in quick and in the morning the young ladies was the same as where the the restaurant and cleaning staff .

Room was a decent size and the price was excellent

Reception is very good and very clean throughout. The room is a good size and bed very comfortably. Bathroom and shower perfect with nice clean soft towels. There is plenty of parking next to the hotel with an overflow carpark if needed. Easy access to main arterial roads.

The service was amazing I don’t temper the girls name on reception (brown hair blonde streak) but she was so polite and helpful thank you and thank you to Zoe and Kirsty for being amazing and thank you Wendy for the wonderful breakfast it was by far the best breakfast hands down also Richard is a amazing night manager he is always there to help anytime of the night he’s always available to help so thank you Richard.
